Description

• Falcon is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to provide efficient internal sales and administrative support by processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, preparing quotations and invoices, and ensuring excellent service to customers and Regional Sales Managers. The successful candidate will also assist with exports, consignment stock administration, warranties, and operational reporting. Applicants must have a National Senior Certificate and at least 2 years' relevant experience in a tele sales and administrative environment.

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate
• Minimum 2 years' experience in tele sales and administration
• Computer literacy with MS Office proficiency
• Basic knowledge of accounting systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
