Job Description

Duties:

• Develop and implement the internal sales strategy on an annual basis.
• Manage and motivate a sizable Telesales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training and mentorship.
• Analyse sales data to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the daily management of back-order reports and monitor returns with proactive measures to reduce them.
• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.
• Drive the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences that foster satisfaction, loyalty, and care.
• Cultivate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective communication and impactful results.
• Manage free stock, clawbacks, and handle escalated customer queries.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and/or telesales.
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse data and plan strategically.
• Knowledge of organisational psychology is advantageous.
