Job Advert Summary    

• We have a vacancy for an Internal Sales Manager to develop and expand our business.
• The successful candidate will be a dynamic, ambitious self-starter with a passion for customer service.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric or relevant post matric qualification
• At least 3 years experience in the pneumatics and/or industrial environment 
• A sound technical and sales background.
• Good knowledge of the Tectra product range would be advantageous. 
• Exceptional communication and people management skills.
• Experience in the management of targets, expenses and profitability.
• Working knowledge of Syspro and MS Office programs would be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Manage and Mentor the Internal Team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop Customer and Group Relationships.
• Support Sales and marketing to retain and expand the customer base.
• Human Resource management.
• Technical support to staff and clients.
• Ensure administrative procedures and policies are adhered to.
