Internal Sales Rep at Danté Personnel Recruitment

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Previous experience in internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the label solutions industry or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Syspro ERP, and ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively
• Technical knowledge or experience with labelling solutions is advantageous
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: 

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Assist with order processing, including preparing quotes, order entry, and coordinating with production and logistics teams.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts and ensure seamless customer service

Customer Relationship Management:  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized support and addressing their needs.
• Proactively contact existing customers to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Follow up on customer orders, delivery status, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 

Product Knowledge and Technical Support: 

• Provide technical product support to customers, addressing their inquiries and guiding them towards suitable solution
• Sales Reporting and Administration
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
