Internal Sales Representative at Hire Resolve

Job Description

• An established supplier of warehouse and material handling equipment is looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join its team.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual with industry experience who is looking to grow their career, with the potential to develop into a Second-in-Command (2IC) role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and presentations when required.
• Drive sales growth and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales reports and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional product advice.
• Follow up on leads and quotations to convert opportunities into sales.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of internal sales experience.
• Experience in industrial equipment, warehouse equipment or material handling is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and business development abilities.
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office.
• Experience with Sage/Pastel is advantageous.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude, professional approach and strong self-motivation.
• Potential and willingness to grow into a 2IC position.
