Internal Sales Support - Johannesburg at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions

This role will focus on:

• Actively participate in day-to-day Sales Office transactions, adhering to established company procedures and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal/external colleagues.
• Support the progress of jobs, projects, and orders through sales and production stages, from quotation to shipment.
• Generate necessary documentation to support orders and subsequent processes.
• Maintain flexibility to provide cover for other team functions as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of experience in internal sales experience
• Minimum qualification of Matric; further qualifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and administration.
• Proficiency in CRM and AX systems preferred.
• Experience with process equipment, capital equipment or pumps experience considered advantageous.
