- Our client, a well-established company specialising in Pest Control, Cleaning Services, and Deep Cleaning Solutions, is seeking a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales / Telesales Consultant to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ sales or telesales experience (Non-negotiable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (speak, read and write)
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Process daily invoices and follow up on deliveries
- Liaise telephonically with customers and maintain daily call ratios
- Manage trading registers, PODs, filing, and all trading-related documentation
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
