    Internal Sales / Telesales Consultant: Bloemfontein

    • Our client, a well-established company specialising in Pest Control, Cleaning Services, and Deep Cleaning Solutions, is seeking a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales / Telesales Consultant to join their team.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • Minimum 3 years’ sales or telesales experience (Non-negotiable)
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (speak, read and write)
    • Computer literate
    • Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

    Key Responsibilities

    Family Office

    • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport and detailed itineraries.
    • Plan and coordinate family events, functions and special occasions.
    • Liaise with household staff, suppliers and service providers.
    • Maintain organised electronic records using Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams).
    • Handle confidential personal and financial information with absolute discretion.

    Business Support

    Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

    • Processing invoices and payments.
    • Maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Liaising with accountants and financial advisors.
    • Reconciling expenses and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.
    • Preparing quotations, processing orders and coordinating special projects.
    • Managing operational tasks and ensuring successful follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

    Desired experience and Minimum Requirements

    • Matric certificate.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
    • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams).

    Short-Term Insurance Consultant (Transport Industry): Bloemfontein

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • RE5 qualification (Essential)
    • NQF Level 5 qualification (Advantageous)
    • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within the Short-Term Insurance industry (non-negotiable)

    Salary:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Provide technical guidance and support to boilermakers and production staff.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality workmanship, productivity, and adherence to project deadlines.
    • Ensure all required parts and materials are sourced and available within the required timeframes.
    • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure compliance with company standards.

    Junior Depot Manager / Sales Rep: Bloemfontein, Free State

    • A well-established agricultural manufacturing company is seeking a self-driven individual to manage their Bloemfontein depot and service clients in the Free State and Northern Cape.

    Salary & Benefits:

    • R15 000 gross pm, plus
