Internal Technical Trainer at Network Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for different departments.
• Create and update training materials (manuals, videos, presentations).
• Conduct assessments to measure employee understanding and proficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to assess and address training needs.
• Provide troubleshooting support and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Certification in training or relevant systems, with experience in IT or software environments preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT training or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP).
• Experience in creating multimedia training content and using LMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
