Internship Opportunity: Service Support Intern at Ann Swann Personnel Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and Receive Parcels: Assist in the efficient dispatch and receiving of parcels, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
• Tool Packaging: Contribute to the packaging of tools for shipment, ensuring that items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Workshop and Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain workshop and laboratory equipment to ensure a safe and organised working environment.
• Customer Tool Handling: Assist in the dispatching and receiving of customer tools from reception, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Driver's License Requirement: A valid driver's license is a must for this role, or the candidate should have plans to obtain one during the internship period.
• Local Onsite Work: Provide support for local onsite work, collaborating with team members to meet project requirements.
• Calibrations and Equipment Repair: Assist with calibrations and repair of equipment when required, although this is not the primary focus of the role.

Qualifications:

• Completed Matric/Grade12 (Certificate Required)
• Qualifications in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in gaining practical experience in the service and maintenance of equipment.
