Job Description

• As a Showroom Intern, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in a customer-facing retail environment. Working alongside experienced retail professionals, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the showroom while learning about sales, customer service, merchandising, and store operations.

What you will love doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive shopping experiences.
• Support showroom sales activities and assist customers with product enquiries.
• Assist with merchandising and ensure products are displayed in accordance with company standards.
• Support stock replenishment and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom.
• Assist with promotional activities and campaign execution.
• Learn about order processing and the customer journey.
• Support the team with administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory-related activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Gain exposure to retail operations and best practices within a leading retailer.

What you'll need to do this role

• An N6 National Certificate in Business Management, Marketing Management, Management Assistant, Financial Management, Public Management, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A genuine interest in retail and sales.
