Inventory Administrator (CDM) at Clicks Group

Introduction

• The Clicks Group is looking to recruit an Inventory Administrator to work within our Clicks Direct Medicines division.
• The role will be based at our Regional Office in Lea Glen, Roodepoort and will report into the Service Centre Supervisor.

Job description

Job Purpose:

• The efficient Management of all short supplied parcels to patients

Job Objectives:

• To effectively manage all the short supplied parcels in the dispensary by ensuring that stock is ordered by the Buyer
• To manage incoming stock orders for the to-follows to ensure that the correct medication is dispensed to the patients in time
• To ensure that all required reporting is done accurately and in time for scorecard purposes to measure against targets
• To call or sms a patient when stock is not available or delayed in order to keep the customer informed

Minimum requirements

Education:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)

Experience:

• 1 year within pharmaceutical product/stock environment i.e. warehouse/distribution centre
• 1 year in retail pharmacy environment
• 1 Year Supply chain
