Duties and Responsibilities    

• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor the daily repacking is kept up to date and output monitored and managed
• Housekeeping is maintained to a high standard
• Staff management and KPI performance feedback done monthly
• Ensure correct stock rotation rules are being adhered to
• Daily ERP system health checks to be done and corrective action taken where necessary
• Cycle counts done daily
• Stock count monthly
• Regional product recall
• Age reports compiled and issued weekly for all divisions
• Ensure the warehouse bins are correctly labeled at all times
• Initiate and follow up on user and material master workflows
• Regional IM location management
• Assisting the GRC committee with evaluations and updated as required
• Manage and reconcile stock disposal process
• Manage and review of departmental approved SOP’s quarterly

Experience Required    

• Three years experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role
• Two or more years SAP experience mandatory

Minimum Qualifications Required    

• Completed Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Knowledge Required    

• SAP R/3 WM and IM knowledge
• Intermediary MS Excel skills required
• Basic accounting knowledge
• MS Office proficiency
• Willing to work stock counts conducted on weekend once a month and overtime when required
• Willing to travel to Coastal regions as required
