You will be part of the established front office services team to provide investment advice to prospective and existing clients with regards to our investment product offering supported by our online advice systems.
You will assist in answering client queries related to their OUTvest products and provide guidance to clients as well as record all advice provided in a clear and readable form.
You will be required to become well versed in the world of investments, including a deep understanding of unit trusts, tax-free savings accounts, retirement annuities, endowments, preservation funds and many other aspects of the investment industry. This will include personal study and other investment related training that will be determined by management from time to time.
Handle complaints and manage the process through our internal complaints handling process.
Provide feedback to management regarding client queries and various related tasks
Assisting OUTvest with client retentions and related tasks.
Assisting with various aspects of client servicing to ensure that OUTvest clients’ experience awesome service with regards to their investments

Educational and experience requirements
Have previous call centre and / or client facing experience
You have obtained your FAIS representatives qualification (RE 5)
You have a qualification recognised by the FSCA or close to completing a recognised qualification as part of the FAIS fit and proper requirements
You have obtained your Class of Business (COB) training as per the FSCA fit and proper requirements for categories: Investments, Pension Fund Benefits and Long-Term Insurance
You have experience in offering financial advice on retirement annuities, preservation funds and discretionary investments (unit trusts)
You have worked in the financial services industry specifically dealing with investments
You already have or would like to continue your studies toward the CFP® designation or other financial planning or investment related designations / qualifications
