iOS Technician PLG at Core Group

The Job Role:

• The iOS Technician is required to ensure that all iOS devices are diagnosed within the prescribed turn around time. To provide adequate repair feedback on testing as requested.

Key Performance Areas:

• Ensuring that daily diagnostic target is met
• Ensure high quality of diagnostics
• Always up to date on the latest GSX articles and new self-study product material releases
• Ensure that GSX iOS Repair Qualification is achieved
• Ensure units are diagnosed within 4 hours of receipt
• Inventory management
• Up to date and accurate diagnostic administration and documentation

Requirements:

• Matric 
• Preferred technical experience with Apple iOS
• Technical understanding of iOS devices
• Technical ability to facilitate fault isolation
• Time management skills
• Strong administration skills
• Effective written communication skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• People manangement skills
• Syspro experience beneficial
