Job Description

• Truworths currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sample Ironer in our Manufacturing division.
• This position is based at our Truworths Head Office in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities    

• Pressers receive a garment after it has been assembled;
• Eliminate wrinkles and give shape to finished products;
• Use a specially formed, foot-controlled steam pressing machines to perform their duties.

Qualifications and Experience    

• Previous sample ironing experience is preferable;
• Understand textile characteristics and have a good sense of three-dimensional space.
