IT Business Analyst II | Institutional IT | Client Servicing Domain
Join a dynamic IT team supporting the Client Servicing domain in Asset Management. As an Intermediate Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, support solution design, and contribute to the delivery of scalable IT systems. This role suits someone with solid analytical skills, a good grasp of asset management processes, and experience working in agile environments.
Job Responsibilities
Strong reporting experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
Assist in designing practical and scalable IT solutions.
Document processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
Support testing, implementation, and user adoption of solutions.
Troubleshoot data issues and support production systems using SQL.
Participate in sprint planning and backlog management.
Contribute to continuous improvement and team delivery goals.
Skils and Experience
3+ years in IT business analysis, preferably in asset management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Effective communicator and team collaborator.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Expertise
Demonstrate leadership qualities.
Understands how applications are constructed.
You know how to structure tests and to test interfaces and integrated systems.

Project management capabilities (Advantage)
Asset Management Business.
System Development Life Cycle / SCRUM methodology.
Databases, client reporting and/or data analysis

Education
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom, BSc, B Bus Science degree) with strong academic performance.
Sound understanding of asset management processes (Advantage)
Min of 3 years’ experience in an IT business analysis role (preferably in asset management).
