Qualification

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar technical support role focused on IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in managing IT Infrastructure, including Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
• N+ certification (or similar networking certification)

Responsibilities 

• Practical experience with Virtual Environments like VMware.
• Ability to utilize SQL for effective database management and querying.
• N+ certification (or comparable networking qualification).
• Knowledge of client support management tools to enhance our service delivery.
• Proven skills in troubleshooting and debugging live applications, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience in the administration of both Windows and Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, HTTP, encryption).
• Experience in the administration and troubleshooting of virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with various web and application servers (e.g., Apache).
• A strong understanding of how your work contributes to the organization's success.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
