IT Intern East London (The Wallenius Wilhelmsen Company) at Mancosa

Main Responsibilities:

• To promote continuous improvements in the IT & Operational Systems.
• Encourage proactive dialogues with the Operations Department
• Continuously monitor the operational systems and equipment daily to ensure that they are stable and working correctly.
• Provide IT support for operational systems data and performance analysis.
• Ensure System changes are communicated to the responsible parties.
• Provide user training and assistance on operational systems, user PCs/Laptops, printers and scanners, etc.
• Required to perform any task as and when required by management.

Desired
Experience & Qualification

• Diploma in Software Development / BSC in Computer Science / relevant Microsoft Qualification
• Experience in troubleshooting PC / Software-related issues.
