Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support IT project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse project performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Support resource planning and capacity management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Promote project governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Qualifications and experience: Relevant degree in IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years' experience in IT equipment procurement, stock management, inventory management, or a closely related environment.
• Skills: IT Procurement. Procurement & Supply Chain Management. Inventory & Stock Management. Contract Management. Reporting & Data Analysis. IT Hardware & Equipment Knowledge.
