We are looking for an agile, innovative experienced SAP Solutions Analyst to enhance the Finance department of Danone. A Solutions analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, work well in the teams, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems. Manage the day-to-day systems environment, administer change management, produce and manage standard and adhoc reporting and manage projects.
Job Description
Act as liaison with users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, support in resolving related problems and necessary modifications/enhancements to address business needs.
Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
Collaborate with business to understand SAP needs and define requirements, translate requirements into technical solutions, provide recommendations and contingency plans.
Develops and maintains roadmaps that are aligned with the business strategies and take into consideration the technology trends.
Good conceptual ability by understanding complex problems/information and good ability to abstract and represent the idea in a simple easy to understand
Conduct systems tests to ensure that solutions delivered by SAP solution, address business requirements as defined and specified.
Identify end-user training requirements and needs arising from change requests and application related incidents, including assistance in the delivery of end-user training
Expertise in the Finance & Controlling SAP module (SAP FICO), MASTERDATA, Analytics (Power BI and ESSBASE )and HR(SAGE 300).
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Finance & Accounting) or equivalent work experience
Certification in SAP will be an added advantage
This position requires excellent communication, Business partnering skills, organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team is vital.
Proven ability to respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is necessary.
Has in depth knowledge of Finance, Controlling and Costing business processes and understands cross functional / integration process flow, data, and the dependencies
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.
Proficient in English (verbal and written), Arabic is a plus
Knowledge of S4HANA and the SAP HANA capabilities is a benefit, but not a must
