IT Purchasing Administrator - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) at Unique Personnel

Job Description    

• Purchase requests handing in company central service desk tool and various ERP systems
• Rental schedule checking, asking for settlements quotes
• Follow up on the deliveries, monitor the process efficiency, address vendor related issues
• Resolve invoice payment process investigation for related orders
• Actively communicate with the business, our users, IT organization and suppliers
• Advise the end users on company purchase policies and usage of the procurement tools
• Track process changes and keep the documentation up to date
• Reports on demand

Inherent Requirements    

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Able to communicate in a professional way and understandable manner
• Well organized and able to operate independently, but collaborative
• Supportive and proactive
• Organized, able to set priorities
• Hands on experience in dealing with IT vendors and suppliers is an advantage
