    Talent Acquisition Officer

    Job Description    
    Main Objective of the Role:

    • Provide a comprehensive Recruitment service that will enable the organisation to its objectives

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Workforce Planning:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. 
    • Conduct thorough job analysis and skills gap assessments to identify key competencies and qualifications required for each position. 
    • Ensure clear and accurate job descriptions and specifications are created for open positions
    • Sourcing and Attraction:

    Applications Technician

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • Technical support for commissioning, operating and maintenance of installed equipment with specific attention to maintenance contracts, repairs and spares. The role includes sales of spares.

    JOB FUNCTION:

    • Sales:
    • Quarterly and annual sales targets are met

    Field Service Technician - Ekurhuleni (East Rand)

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • To assemble, test and repair equipment on site. This may include supervision of site staff during the installation. The job involves a large amount of travel and shift work may be required.

    JOB FUNCTION:

    • Daily safety meetings are attended, potential hazards and unsafe acts are identified and reported on

    Purpose of Position:
