Job Description    
Overall Function Of Role

• Full responsibility of the overall quality processes for the Torque converters and valve bodies sections.
• Create solutions as part of an engineering team. find defects, determine the causes of those defects and provide solutions to defected problems.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on torque converters & valve bodies to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure accurate record keeping of rework and claims.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Report production feedback on a daily basis.
• Drive & ensure the daily production is planned a day in advance and that allrecords are reflected on the production book and dashboard.responsible for determining production standards for the company’s products by establishing quality control systems and setting product requirement rules.
• Update the Quality Management system and set detailed guidelines on the processes for checking products.
• Participate in root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with production teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, quality metrics, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular quality reports on production, claim, rework statistics, NCR register, to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• B.Eng Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech Degree Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• Atleast 3 years post qualification experience
