Requirements

• Minimum NQF level 6 – 4 Year Diploma in Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years in IT Support and Administration experience post qualification
• Completed certification of MCSE, N+
• Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2008 R2, MSOffice Legacy and 365, Pandaware, Sophos, VMWare and PRTG
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, as needed
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), are a plus.

• IT Security and Protection Services and support
• Ransomware, Malware and Virus management (Pandaware etc)
• Firewall management (Sophos)
• VPN management

 VoIP Management

• Vendor Management (Cipherwave)
• VoIP Services and support
• MikroTek

 Network Management
