IT Support Engineer at AECI Limited

Job Description

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools
• Log and resolve IT incidents and service requests via the ITSM platform within defined SLAs
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access provisioning
• Offer remote and onsite support across all business locations as needed

Manage and configure Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for:

• Device enrollment and provisioning
• Compliance and security policy enforcement
• Application packaging and deployment
• Administer local and network printers across all sites
• Monitor print usage and assist with monthly volume reconciliation
• Verify printer-related billing and ensure service provider accuracy
• Arrange and coordinate vendor site visits, including scheduling and access
• Travel to remote or regional offices when necessary to support vendor engagements or onsite issues
• Liaise with external service providers across various IT domains (network, printing, VoIP, etc.)

Provide operational support for IT rollouts, including:

• SharePoint Online migrations
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enablement
• VoIP system deployment and user adoption
• Deployment of new enterprise software or security tools
• Assist in tracking and reconciling software licenses across supported systems
• Maintain up-to-date IT asset records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with licensing and endpoint management policies

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Microsoft certification (e.g., MD-102, MS-900, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or desktop engineering role
• Experience supporting cloud-based and hybrid enterprise environments
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid understanding of SharePoint, Azure AD, and MFA principles
• Familiarity with VoIP technologies (e.g., MS Teams Phone, 3CX, or similar)
• Knowledge of software license management and compliance tracking
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Office 365, and end-user hardware
• Good interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and engage across teams and vendors
• Willingness to travel to regional or remote sites as required
• Demonstrates patience and professionalism when engaging with users

• Takes responsibility for resolving issues end-to-end
