Responsibilities

• ​ First-line organisation-wide support
•  Remote or on-site support that may include travelling
•  Network and Security support
•  Build, configure and repair computer hardware and other devices
•  Troubleshoot to determine the best solution based on a problem presented by a user
•  Installation and configuration processes
•  Windows Enterprise Environment Experience
•  Installing and configuration of Windows 8, 10

Requirements

• ​ 2 YEARS OR MORE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
•  NETWORK AND SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE KNOWLEDGE– CISCO, HP, UNIFI, FORTINET, OTHER BRANDS AS REQUIRED.
•  FIREWALL AND IDS/IPS RULES, ACLS, VLANS WITH 802.1X. VARIOUS VPN PROTOCOLS.
• WINDOWS ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT – PHYSICAL AND VIRTUAL (HYPER-V), SERVER 2008, 2012, 2016, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, DNS, DHCP, AD CERTIFICATE SERVICES, LDAPS+RADIUS
•  QUALIFICATIONS IN A+, N+ / CCNA, MCSA, CCNA CYBEROPS / SECURITY+ / CYSA+ (OR OTHER RELEVANT QUALIFICATION)
•  TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS, OPERATING SYSTEMS AND WIDELY USED COMPUTER APPLICATIONS
•  ABILITY TO LEARN AND SUPPORT THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS
•  GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF MS OFFICE SUITE OF APPLICATIONS
•  KNOWLEDGE OF MACOS, IPADOS AND IOS
