About the Role

Are you a MSCE/ MCSA qualified, quick on your feet problem solver?

We are looking for someone who will form part of the company’s IT support team, and will be responsible for providing local and remote end-user support. The role of Implementing, installing, maintaining, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting and evaluating existing and new Microsoft Windows Server / desktop operating systems that are currently used within the organization.

Requirements:

• 3 -5 years’ experience in IT managing and supporting a corporate network.
• 4-5 years of working experience on current versions of MS Exchange server 2013 and upwards (essential) preferably with Mimecast
• Relevant IT Degree or Qualification
• Office 365 Management and Mailbox Migration
• Have an MCSE certification, Microsoft Hyper-V HA, Server 2016, DFS, Hyper-V replicate and Data-centres.
• Good understanding of the ICT industry and ability to keep up with technology and industry developments
