• Rola is a trusted name in the automotive sector, renowned for delivering exceptional vehicles and outstanding customer experiences. We are currently seeking a Junior F&I Assistant to join our busy dealership floor at our Malmesbury VW dealership.
• This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to build a career in automotive finance and insurance. You will be trained into the role, learning how to:
• Support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team in processing vehicle finance applications.
• Assist with insurance product offerings tailored to the automotive market.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealership standards.
• Contribute to smooth, professional transactions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• With hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll gain the skills needed to grow into a full F&I role, playing a vital part in the dealership’s success and customer journey.

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum Matric / Grade 12
• Basic understanding of financial principles
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• Clear criminal record
• Reside within the Malmesbury catchment area

Duties and Responsibilities    
Training will be provided in the following Key Performance Areas:

• Assist F&I in all duties
• Load finance applications
• Liaising with financial institutions
• Assist with KYC & CDD of clients
• Uploading all documents on Seriti for compliance purposes
