    Parts Supervisor - Ford Caledon

    • We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Parts Supervisor to join ourTeam. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching monthly targets, managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery to meet the needs of our customers and internal departments, as well as to act in a supervisory role to other members of the parts team.     Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Provide quick and efficient service to all customers (internal & external )
    • Ensure accurate stock interpretation 
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of parts and supplies
    • Placing all orders in Importer system on behalf of sales personnel
    • Process all creditor/supplier invoices on DMS
    • Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality
    • Works closely with internal departments to fulfill parts requests
    • Maintain outstanding order listing and reconcile backorders
    • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders
    • Maintain organised and efficient storage of parts inventory
    • Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation as needed
    • Ensure that no parts leave the dealership without the proper and correct documentation
