Minimum Requirements    

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 2yrs experience in receptionist/telephonist role
• Previous experience in the automotive industry advantageous
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in computer applications and software

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Answering, screening and handling of telephone calls/queries
• Ensure messages are accurately recorded and passed on
• Maintain & update telephone directories and dealership lists
• Maintain a schedule of all key personnel
• General correspondence & administration
• Ad-hoc duties as required
