JNR Qualified Plumber: Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Qualified Plumber with relevant certification
• Minimum 1–3 years’ plumbing experience advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and trustworthy
• Physically fit and willing to work on various property maintenance sites
• Willing to work standby weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as and when required
• The candidate must reside in Bloemfontein (non-negotiable)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• General plumbing maintenance and repairs at residential and commercial properties
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fittings
• Detecting faults and troubleshooting plumbing issues
• Repairing leaks, blocked drains, taps, toilets, geysers, and water systems
• Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensuring all plumbing work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Responding to maintenance call-outs and emergencies
• Assisting with property maintenance projects where required
• Completing job cards and maintenance reports accurately
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
• Providing professional service and communication to tenants and clients
• Perform any additional tasks as required by management
