KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Sage Payroll

• Staff details Recon
• Business units/department input
• Job title inputs
• Race and gender inputs
• ESS Travel claims and expense claim automation
• HR reports setups
• Study leave setup
• Fix ESS Password reset setup
• EMP501 Employee individual details update
• ESS IRP5 access

Sage One Accounting

• Clean up of customers and debtors accounts.
• Clean up of supplier and creditors accounts.
• Purchase order and invoices capturing
• Accounting services
• Loading bank feeds on all companies

Other finance assistance

• Check payroll documents in individual employees files

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Broad range of skills including operating systems, servers, protocols, hardware and applications
• Ticket tracking: Track-It, SharePoint, Marvel
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telephony systems
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent project management skills (AGILE experience advantageous)
• Vendor relationship management
• Cloud hosting and computing, including AWS and GCP
• Business case and presentation skills
• Change Management

• MS Office Suite
