Junior Asset Administrator (Contract) at Accounting and Financial Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of client investment portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Work closely with investment managers to execute trades and handle settlement processes
• Maintain accurate records of all client transactions and communications
• Assist in the preparation of performance reports and client presentations
• Monitor market trends and provide regular updates to the team on investment opportunities
• Support senior asset administrators in conducting research and analysis on potential investment opportunities

Qualifications:

• National Diploma in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in asset management, banking, or financial services preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
