We are looking for a result-driven assistant manager to be responsible for monitoring and supervising our operations teams to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase quality of service. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential. To be successful as a manager, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive results. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager as ultimately you will be an assistant to this manager.

• Assisting TL's to meet P0 and P1 meet targets
• Assisting with actioning Risk Management in departments
• Handling Client escalations when TL cannot resolve
• Overseeing and assisting TL's to execute projects
• Strong Excel and data Analysis Skills (Important)
• Good Presentation Skills
• High level reporting

Requirements

• Debt Counselling Experience min. 2 years
• Min 3-4 years management experience
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong evaluation ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong Leadership abilities
• Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
