    Negotiations Support and Legal Consultant

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Validate documentation of clients and creditors in order to submit legal applications.
    • Ensure payment plan matches accepted amounts
    • Compile all documents ie. 17.1, 17.2, proposals sent, including email proof
    • Follow up with credit providers for proposal responses.
    • Be comfortable on the phone
    • Able to work within a team and manage time effectively

    Minimum Requirements:

    • National Diploma or Degree
    • Experience in Debt Counselling negotiations team is an advantage
    • On-the-job training.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Competent in excel
    • Computer literate

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Recruitment

    • Assist with the drafting of Job advertisements
    • Place job advertisements on relevant platforms
