Junior Financial Payments Consultant at Vantage Debt Management

Responsibilities / Duties

• Setting up payments
• Proactively contacting clients telephonically and via email
• Short / no payments recoveries
• Improve collection figures
• Payment and Debit Order Queries
• Educating the client and referring a client to the relevant department for further payment
  arrangements.
• Report to respective managers

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in a credit control environment
• Matric (National Diploma is an advantage),
• Minimum 1 year’s work experience
• Clear credit and criminal record
