Outbound Call Centre Consultant

- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be able to do cold calling.
- Follow-up calls where and when needed.
- Dealing with clients and processes in line with company procedures.
Personality Traits
- Confident and self-motivated.
- Proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Customer centric.
Basic Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma advantageous.
- Must have a clear ITC and criminal record.
- Debt review experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outbound call center experience is advantageous.
