Job Purpose
You will create and maintain visually engaging learning and digital content based on briefs from senior team members. Using tools like Canva and Microsoft Office, you’ll help transform ideas into clear, creative, and impactful learning materials.
You’ll also play a key role in keeping digital content fresh and consistent across company websites and social media platforms, while supporting marketing and learning initiatives through creative content development and admin support.
Key Responsibilities
Learning materials, social media content, and marketing collateral are produced accurately, creatively, and in line with brand standards.
Social media content is planned, created, published, and maintained consistently to support brand awareness and engagement.
Website content is updated accurately and timeously, ensuring information remains relevant and professional.
All learning, marketing, and digital content reflects company branding and communication standards.
Content requests are completed within agreed timelines and stakeholder expectations.
New design trends, digital tools, and creative approaches are adopted to improve content quality and engagement.
Create learner guides, workbooks, presentations, assessments, templates, and supporting learning materials based on approved content briefs and/or storyboards.
Design graphics, infographics, banners, promotional material, and visual learning assets using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms. Assist with campaign execution and engagement tracking.
Update website content, maintain page content, and make basic content changes using WordPress.
Develop marketing collateral including flyers, posters, brochures, email banners, and digital advertisements.
Maintain content libraries, templates, digital assets, and version control of learning and marketing materials.
Research and apply new design techniques, Canva features, AI tools, and digital marketing trends to improve content quality and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, or related field.
1 year experience in content creation, graphic design, social media management, website administration, or digital marketing.
Experience using Canva, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, WordPress, social media platforms, and basic AI content tools.
