Junior Credit Analyst at Communicate Recruitment

• In this role, you’ll assist in evaluating credit applications, analyzing financial data, and supporting risk management processes. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams, ensuring responsible lending practices while helping businesses grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Credit Assessment & Analysis – Support the evaluation of credit applications, ensuring accurate documentation and informed decision-making.
• Credit Model Support – Assist in refining credit models and scorecards to enhance risk assessment.
• Risk Management – Help assess and mitigate credit risks across client portfolios.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with Sales, Finance, and Credit Committees to streamline credit processes.
• Compliance & Regulations – Ensure adherence to policies and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NQF Level 7 or higher in Finance, Banking, or a related field (BCom Finance is a plus).
• 0-3 years’ experience in a credit management or commercial finance environment.
• Basic understanding of credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management principles.
