Customer Relationship/expectations

• Demonstrates good understanding of business requirements and be able to deliver on those requirement accurately and of good quality.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship when working with external clients
• Demonstrate good and regular communication with both our internal and external customers
• Ensure timeframe estimates are accurate and communicated with business and delivered upon
• Ensure deadlines set by business are met

Development Requirements

• Develop/Maintain processes to be used internally by business
• Develop/Maintain integration solutions with external client systems
• Develop/Maintain reports to monitor collections actions and portfolio performance
• Good and accurate communication with business throughout the development and testing cycle
• Take accountability for you area/work by ensuring regular and controlled monitoring of the respective environment and quick resolution of critical issues
• RCA's done on critical process failures to ensure no/limited recurring issues
• Develop Technical competence in:
• SQL coding to extract, analyze and manipulate data
• SSIS to be able to extract, transform and load information
• SSRS for the development of reports
• SSAS for the development of cubes
• Any other Microsoft Software deemed necessary for reporting
• Documentation of processes and operational procedures

Governance and compliance

• Compliance with all policies and procedures, improvement to policies or implementation and monitoring them
• Policies listed such as:
• SQL and SSIS best practices
• Database access policies
• Deployment requirements
• Development lifecycle policies

Interpersonal relationships and individual development

• Ability to understand peoples differences and similarities and using that understanding to communicate/work effectively with them
• Show tolerance and patience when dealing with demanding clients
• Ability to work under pressure
• To perform any other functions over and above the ones listed as requested by Management

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary diploma or degree or MS SQL Server & MS Visual Studio SSIS, SSAS, SSRS certification
• 0-3 Years Experience in MS SQL Server & MS Visual Studio SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
