Junior Data Analyst (Fixed Term Contract) at Old Mutual

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Data capturing, Analysis, and Interpretation:
• Analyze partner customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Interpret industry data and market trends to provide insights into competitive positioning and emerging opportunities.
• Utilize statistical methods and predictive analytics to forecast market trends and customer behaviour.
• Capture partner data onto CRM system.

Insight Generation and Strategy :

• Transform data sets into clear and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards and reports that visualize the data in relation to insights and partner opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to Partner Leads and internal stakeholders 
• Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and guidance on market opportunities and customer needs.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to enhance partner engagement and customer satisfaction.

Data Management and Governance:

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout all stages of analysis and reporting.
• Implement best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• IT/Statistical related degree/diploma or 
• up to 2 years technical or data analysis related experience.
