MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• No formal education is required if you can demonstrate sufficient experience and skills. Alternatively, a background in Data Science, Engineering, or Formal Coding is advantageous. Proficiency in JavaScript with a focus on data-related tasks.
• Exposure to flow-based programming tools like Node-Red or equivalents.
• Familiarity with Grafana or similar dashboard tools for real-time data visualization.
• Inquisitive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Versatile and adaptable to various work environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS

Programming and System Integration:

• Program logical connections to integrate Packhouse Production Machines with our data systems.
• Build, maintain, and enhance system workflows to support efficient data collection and reporting.

Data Management and Visualization:

• Use JavaScript for data cleaning, manipulation, and system optimization.
• Develop real-time dashboards and visualizations using tools like Grafana or similar platforms.

Collaboration and Relationship Building:

• Establish and manage relationships with machine manufacturers (e.g., Maf Roda, Compact, Gosemer).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and CI initiatives.

System Maintenance and Development:

• Utilize flow-based, low-code development tools like Node-Red (or similar) to design and optimize system processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain data systems to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
