Social Places is a Tech agency based in Century City, specialising in digital listings, social media advertising, and review management. We have developed proprietary software to centrally manage social media pages and listings for clients with multiple locations across various platforms.

Duties:

• Responding to customer reviews across a range of social media platforms.
• Social Media page audits.
• Monthly social media brand & store reporting.
• Managing customer listings across the following platforms: Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor, Zomato, etc.
• Managing clients on the Social Places software.
• New client setup & CRM.
• General once-off tasks.

Requirements:

• Digital marketing knowledge
• Excellent English skills required.
• Microsoft Office Experience.
