Responsibilities:
Provide analysis to support email, mobile push messaging, Push notification and all social media platforms strategy to support brand growth and online businesses.
Define, implement, and automate weekly and monthly reports of key performance metrics, action items and alerts, and A/B test results.
Help drive All non-gaming entities’ customer activations and retention strategy by using data to optimize lifecycle, batch, and transactional email campaigns.
Help develop programs to maximize customer retention, with a focus on repeat purchase, win-back, cross-sell, and upsell efforts.
Prepare, test and schedule daily email sends.
Plan and implement A/B tests on campaigns for social media.
Maintain social media calendar and gather assets.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to the marketing team as needed.
Perform market research and monitor competitor’s email/SMS and push message programs.
Provide daily support to team members and affiliates.
Drive the delivery/execution of all campaigns accurately and on time on various channels.
