RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading building contractor in the Western Cape is currently looking to hire a qualified, hardworking and trustworthy Junior Estimator who can join their team in Cape Town as soon as possible.
Requirements:
BTech degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an estimating role working for reputable building contractors
Knowledge of minor and major works building contracts
Experience in project scoping, site management, management of variation orders, subcontractor management, budget management, programme management, OHS Management beneficial
Valid driver’s license
Presentable and well spoken (bilingual in English and Afrikaans)
Confident with excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn
Ethical and professional
Hunger to grow and thrive in a sales estimating environment
