Validate and review logistics billing for accuracy to ensure no irregularities have taken place

• Check no duplicate billings have occurred.
• Check the correct route rate was charged.
• Check the correct weights was charged.
• Check the correct surcharge was charged.
• Checking all transaction-based activities are valid (C-Chain)

Preparing monthly KPI reports for performance meetings

• Gathering data from all BU’s to consolidate and prepare into monthly presentation review pack. I.E Operational & Management Account

Consolidate all third-party logistics transactions for cross charge

• Identify all third-party logistic transactions and submit to Finance Department to cross charge back to the original cost accounts. I.E. Ascendis Vet, AgriMed, Bio-Vac, Teva JV. 

Illustrate Full customer experience on delivery measures for business efficiencies

• Daily updates on Cold Chain order process stage.
• Query trends and provide analytics to the business.
• Bi-monthly reporting on Full Customer Delivery Experience for Cold-Chain orders.
• Ad-hoc (on request) reporting on ambient customers delivery experience

Review Undelivered Report for variance between ERP and Logistics service provider

• Run undelivered report and determine rand valuation.
• Cross check ERP transactions with report and highlight any discrepancies I.E Parcels not scanned.
• Track and query parcels outside SLA for feedback.
• Monthly end planning – Forecast deliveries risky of not making delivery for the month with gathered feedback

Provide administrative support to the supply chain management team

• Drafting Communication letters
• Update monthly trackers
• Prepare the annual budget.
• Gather data from necessary BU within Supply Chain and provide support with audit reviews.
• Gather and prepare data from necessary BU within Supply Chain and provide support with Project Eagle opportunities.
• Review potential supplier quotes for opportunities.
• Assist in new business integration.
• Assist in analysing information to identify key trends.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests by populating data

Educational qualifications:

• Matric, Tertiary Degree/Diploma in Finance, Bcom. Accounting, BBusSci. (Hons.) Finance

Relevant experience:

•  2-4 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Experience working with financial and accounting software such as Pastel, Excel and Qlikview
