You’ll manage investor relations, including communications, addressing inquiries, and administrative support.
You’ll prepare and publish quarterly investor reports, conduct credit reviews and prepare investment memoranda.
You’ll also generate and analyse fund and project portfolio models, create accurate financial models, assist executive and transaction advisors with debt and equity raises.
Part of your role will also be to set up and manage data rooms and due diligence processes, provide general assistance to executives, including attending meetings, preparing minutes, signing documents and so on.
This will be a varied role and you’ll report directly to the Executive Director, working closely with employees on various projects.
What you’ll need
We’re looking for someone with an undergraduate degree in commerce, economics or a related field with at least 1 year’s working experience.
Someone that is proficient in financial modelling software and especially strong in Excel.
You’ll have strong business/commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, be an excellent problem solver who is proactive and has great attention to detail.
