Junior Integrated Solutions (IS) Specialist (Polokwane) at AFGRI Equipment

Description

• To provide support and basic technical assistance where needed, under supervision.  Assist in problem resolution and skill development.

Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

• Grade 12
• Qualified Technician

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3 years related experience during qualification,
• Exposure to John Deere Precision Technology is beneficial

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Ensure a high level of servicing
• Follow instructions to ensure work quality
• Assist in resolving basic problems
• Participate in developing training materials
• Engage in ongoing learning relevant to the role
• Identify specific needs of employees and provide support
• Assist in delivering internal training sessions and participate in on-the-job training activities
• Contribute to improving technical skills and knowledge of personnel
• Build and maintain good relationships
• Assist in addressing basic customer concerns and queries
• Provide assistance during demonstrations
• Participate in telephonic follow-ups
• Contribute to customer clinics under supervision
• Assist in documenting advice given and problems solved
• Participate in tracking and sharing issue resolutions
• Contribute ideas for using data in reporting
• Support in providing basic customer-added value insights

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

• Good knowledge of AFGRI’s product range
•  Proficiency in relevant computer programs
• Good verbal expression and communication skills
• Willingness to learn coaching and training skills
• Basic digital literacy
• Valid Drivers Licence
