Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the email or in person.
• Troubleshoot issues through diagnostic techniques.
• Provide desktop support and walk employees through the problem-solving process.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners for customers.
• Responding to employees’, in a timely manner, regarding service issues and requests.
• Identify customers problems and recommend changes to improve system performances.

Qualifications

• Min of 1 year IT Support Experience 
• Relevant IT Qualification
• Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Good communication skills and patience.
